Aeromagnetic Survey
Estevan, Saskatchewan

A high-resolution aeromagnetic survey was flown over a large area near Estevan, Saskatchewan, between January and March, 1997. This survey, consisting of 31 680 line-kilometres of traverse and control lines, was funded by Wascana Energy Ltd., monitored by the GSC, and carried out by Sial Géosciences Inc. of Montréal, Quebec. Normal line spacing was 800 m for the traverses and 2500 m for the control lines, all flown at a nominal ground clearance of 150 m.
